The Minnesota RØKKR have made the decision to bench GodRx for Exceed ahead of the CDL Playoffs, according to The Gamer.
In a massive roster shakeup, the Minnesota RØKKR have decided to bench Adam "GodRx" Brown in favor of Kaden "Exceed" Stockdale ahead of the Call of Duty League 2020 playoffs. This news comes off a poor showing from Minnesota in the second half of the season as they continued to see themselves slip to eighth in the overall standings heading into the playoffs.
In a video explaining the decision, the coaches cited Minnesota's slow play a big reason for the downturn once the online format began. GodRx is an AR player, but switched to running sub which didn't really pan out and they decided to give Exceed the opportunity going forward. They say they hope his faster style of play could be beneficial to the team overall and help give them a boost when Minnesota needs it the most.
